Human Resource Executive

Responsibilities

  • Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques
  • Schedule and confirm interviews with delegates
  • Manage delegates grievances
  • Create and run referral bonus programs
  • Prepare HR-related reports as needed
  • Participate in organizing company events
  • Other duties as assigned by the Stuboard team

Required skills

  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Active in social media
  • Bachelors in HR or similar field would be added advantage
