About Delegates
Delegates is a leadership program initiated by Stuboard to help students gain valuable experience for their future careers.
Stuboard delegates truly gives you the opportunity to foster skills like leadership, communication, teamwork, organization and problem solving that can be used in any situation, from the classroom to the workplace.
Being a delegate can help students demonstrate their leadership skills and build relationships with people in their organization and in the public.

Delegate Levels
The designation levels for each role are as follows:
Executive
This is an entry-level delegate role for everyone.
Team Lead
Based on how well you performed in your previous role, you will be promoted to team lead.
Manager
The performance, achievements, and talents you demonstrated in your prior roles will determine whether you promote to this top delegate role.
Delegates FAQ
Select any delegate role of your choice and submit your online application. On successful submission, one of our team members will get back to you for an interview, followed by a briefing.
Any fulltime college students can apply to become a delegate.
The eligibility criteria vary from role to role. Please check the role description for more details.
It is a one-year program, and students can quit at any time with advance notice.
Working hours are very flexible; you can work up to only 6 hours per week, and the working time may change subject to the activity at that time.
Once you are appointed as our delegate, all the information will be sent to you via email and WhatsApp.
Depending on your performance, you'll get a promotion after three months or sooner.
